Surf des neiges Quebec (SNQ) is the provincial snowboard association which governs the competitive sport of snowboarding in Quebec. It is a recognized member of the Canadian Snowboard Federation and of the Ministère des affaires municipales from which it receives some provincial government funding.
SNQ organizes the Quebec Cup circuit, which includes the provincial finals and two Eastern Cups. It also supports the Quebec team, a group of elite athletes in Quebec which are given a host of services and benefits, such as provincial lift access passes, physical and on-snow training opportunities as well as seminars on nutrition, sports psychology, doping and other relevant subjects.
