THE RULES & REGULATIONS:


  1. The following rules and regulations apply to all contests and promotions administered by Boardpass Inc. either online or off, unless otherwise stated.

  2. You must be a Boardpass B-team member in order for your ballot to count.

  3. To enter, go to the Boardpass contest page and then fill the on-line ballot as required.

  4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All entries shall become the property of Boardpass Inc. Boardpass Inc. is not responsible for entries lost, misdirected, delayed or destroyed on the Internet. Boardpass Inc. is not responsible for any problems resulting from mechanical error, including, but not limited to, prizes awarded or not awarded due to computer error or failed network connections, however caused.

  5. The Winners will be determined from all eligible entries received by 12pm E.T. on the specified date of close for the contest. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email and must correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question to be administered by phone or email in order to win.

  6. The Winners then have 30 days to claim the prize, with the exception of contests that require an immediate response (e.g. concert tickets), in which case the selected winners must claim the prize within the shortened time frame. To claim the prize, selected winners must contact Boardpass at general@boardpass.com with complete personal information including name, phone number, and address (street, city, province/state, country, postal code/zip).

  7. All residents of Canada are eligible to win except residents of Quebec or employees (and those with whom they are domiciled) of Boardpass Inc. or any participating sponsor company involved in the contest and their respective advertising and promotional agencies.

  8. By entering the contest, each Winner agrees to indemnify Boardpass Inc. and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents and their respective advertising and promotional agencies, from and against any and all liability arising in connection with this contest, including, without limitation, liability arising from the acceptance of the Prize as awarded and confirming compliance with contest rules.

  9. Subject to verification of compliance with the contest rules, the Winners will be announced on the Boardpass web site within approximately one to two weeks following the close of the contest. Winners will receive their prize approximately 6-8 weeks after conclusion of the contest. Maximum one prize per household.

  10. Boardpass reserves the right to substitute prizes with prizes of approximately equal value and reserves the right to terminate or withdraw this contest at any time, without prior notice.

  11. The decisions of the contest judges are final. Prizes must be accepted as described and awarded and may not be substituted for cash. The judges' decisions on any contest issue is final. No telephone contact or other correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrant(s).

  12. By entering the contest, each entrant consents to the use of his/her name, image, photograph, voice, city of residence for any and all programming and publicity purposes commercial or otherwise, in all media used by Boardpass Inc. without payment or compensation.

  13. By submitting your ballot and participating in this contest, entrant hereby agrees to be bound by these official rules.

  14. The chances of winning depend upon the total number of entries received. This contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Local laws and regulations.

  15. All entries become the property of Boardpass Inc., which assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the web site during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Boardpass Inc. on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. Boardpass Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the e-mail portion of this contest should a virus or bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Boardpass Inc. corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion will result in immediate disqualification of the contestant. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.
